Coastal Drift

On April 7, 2024, off Vilano Beach, a flock of pelicans traced the shoreline sky. The sharp focus on the lead bird reveals every detail of feather and form, while the softer rhythm of the flock behind creates a sense of depth and collective motion. This photograph celebrates the grace and determination of flight, carrying the spirit of Florida’s coast into the air of any room.
